You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. 

Yes all our products are shipped with tracked delivery. you will recieve and email from us with your tracking details.

All our hydrogen producing water products use a Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) paired with a Solid Polymer Electrolyte (SPE) electrolysis to split H2O and produce pure molecular hydrogen at medium to high concentrations.

Our bottles are made from strong food-grade BPA free borosilicate glassand stainless steel. This makes our bottles strong and durable while giving a premium feel.

Molecular hydrogen gas will remain effective for approximately 15 to 30 minutes when the water is kept sealed.

Whenever you're ready to drink more hydrogen water, all you have to do is just press the power button and the bottle will run releasing more hydrogen gas to drink.

Clean your unit gently with mild soap and warm water. If you're in an area with hard water, it's a good idea to occasionally descale the unit. To descale, pour 1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar over the titanium plates in the center of the base, making sure they are fully covered. Allow the vinegar to sit for upwards of 12 hours, then rinse well. It's best to do this descaling process once per month for the best results.

Please remember not to submerge the base in water, use a wire metal brush for cleaning.

There has been zero documentation that says drinking hydrogen-rich water is unsafe during pregnancy. As always, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before changing your diet during pregnancy, especially when consuming products with added supplements or substances like hydrogen-rich water. Your healthcare provider can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information based on your health and circumstances.

If you received your bottle and it does not produce hydrogen bubbles, or it stopped. Fill your bottle with warm water and allow the MEMBRANE located at the base to soak in water for 3-4 hours, in that time run the bottle or pitcher multiple times. This will help prime the proton exchange membrane which may have dried out enough stopping it from working as it should.

It will be able to generate 15 to 20 times under one full charge and it takes approximately 6-9 hours to fully charge. Remember to use the supplied USB charging cable.
